Our moderately spicy and vegan version of the traditional Korean pickle. Fresh, complex flavor with garlic, ginger, and chile pepper. Delicious with stirfrys, noodles, or fish. Sold in 15 oz glass jars. Vegan and gluten free.

We developed our kimchi based on inspiration from the classic Korean dish. If you’re looking for a more traditional version, we’re happy to recommend the fantastic kimchi produced by our friends at Mama O’s and Mother In Law’s.

100% Organic Ingredients: Cabbage*, Napa cabbage*, carrot*, leek* or scallion*, garlic*, ginger*, unrefined sea salt (rich in trace minerals), cayenne powder, fresh chile pepper*. (* = Northeast-grown)

We ship by UPS Ground within the Northeast U.S. only (New England, NY, NJ, PA).

Prices include shipping and handling costs. Please allow 7-10 days for delivery. Please note that in the summer months, we may delay shipping if temperatures exceed 80 degrees. We will be in touch via email if this is the case.
